    How we test it

    • Power rails. 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V and isolated field rails measured, with ripple checked.
    • Bus and comms. Profinet, Profibus, EtherNet/IP and CANopen interfaces tested.
    • Memory. Battery-backed RAM retention and EEPROM integrity checked.
    • Soak test. Runs continuously on the bench before release.

    SMPS and industrial power supplies

    We repair switch-mode supplies with dead outputs, sagging voltage, failed MOSFETs, burnt primary stages and dried-out capacitors.

    How we test it

    • Full-load test. Tested at rated current on an electronic load, not just at no load.
    • Capacitors. Aged electrolytics replaced with 105 °C long-life, low-ESR parts.
    • Protection. Over-voltage, short-circuit and auto-recovery behaviour verified.
    • PFC stage. Active power-factor correction stage checked and repaired.

    How we test it

    • Motor test. Drives are run with a real three-phase motor, not just powered up.
    • Gate signals. Dead-time and switching waveforms verified on the oscilloscope.
    • Snubbers. Snubber and DC-link components checked and replaced.
    • Coating. Conformal coating against conductive dust and moisture.

    • Analog accuracy. 4 to 20 mA and 0 to 10 V checked at several points.
