What we repair
Interface and control cards are small but critical: when one fails, a whole section of the plant goes quiet. We repair them at component level and check communication and pulse outputs on the bench.
Machine-specific cards with no documentation are traced by our engineers, so missing schematics are not a reason to scrap a card.

How the repair works

Courier it to our Vadodara lab from anywhere in India or abroad, with a note of the fault.
2. Free diagnosis
We find the failed components and send you the exact price and turnaround.
3. Repair and test
After your approval we repair at component level and test under real operating conditions.
4. Back with warranty
The unit returns to you with a 6-month warranty on the repair.

Which fieldbus cards do you repair?
Profibus, Profinet, DeviceNet, Ethernet and other interface cards from most PLC and drive makers.
Can you repair thyristor firing cards?
Yes. Firing pulses are checked for timing and amplitude after repair.
What if there is no manual or schematic?
We trace the circuit ourselves. Missing documentation is common and rarely stops a repair.
How long does a card repair take?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 4 working days from receipt of your PO, when components and schematic are available with us. Priority (24 to 48 hours) and breakdown service are available on request.
