What we repair
Protection relays often fail on the auxiliary power-supply card, the display or the binary input and output boards. We repair those cards at component level so the relay goes back with its settings intact.
Inputs and output contacts are tested after repair, and front-panel display and keypad faults are fixed.

Will the relay settings be kept?
Yes, wherever possible. Settings are preserved and we tell you first if anything holding them must be replaced.
Which relays do you repair?
ABB REF and REM series, Areva / Schneider MiCOM P-series, Siemens SIPROTEC and others, plus alarm annunciators.
Do you calibrate the relay after repair?
We repair and function-test the hardware. Secondary injection testing and setting checks at site are done by your testing team or agency.
How long does a relay repair take?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 4 working days from receipt of your PO, when components and schematic are available with us. Priority (24 to 48 hours) and breakdown service are available on request.
