The six stages of every repair
Your status update will tell you which of these stages your unit is at.
Intake
We log the unit, serial number and your fault report, and photograph it on arrival.
Free diagnosis
Scope, thermal camera and component tests find the root cause. You get a quote.
Repair
Failed parts are replaced at component level. SMD and BGA rework where needed.
Load test
The unit runs under real load, not just power-on, before it can pass.
Quality check
Final inspection, cleaning and coating, then the 6-month warranty is issued.
Return
Packed in ESD-safe packaging and couriered back, or ready for collection.
