We log the unit, serial number and your fault report, and photograph it on arrival.

Repair
Failed parts are replaced at component level. SMD and BGA rework where needed.
Load test
The unit runs under real load, not just power-on, before it can pass.
Quality check
Final inspection, cleaning and coating, then the 6-month warranty is issued.
Return
Packed in ESD-safe packaging and couriered back, or ready for collection.

Questions plant engineers ask us
What does the 6-month warranty cover?
It covers the replaced components, our workmanship and the repaired fault. If the same fault returns under normal operating conditions within six months, we repair the unit again at no charge.
Is the diagnosis really free?
Yes. We inspect the unit, find the failed components and send you a quote. You pay only if you approve the repair. If you decide not to go ahead, there is no diagnosis fee.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed in 3 to 4 working days. For a line-down breakdown, tell us when you send the unit and we will prioritise it.
Can you repair obsolete or discontinued cards?
Usually, yes. Because we work at component level, we can repair modules the manufacturer no longer supports. We source genuine obsolete parts or qualified equivalents.
We are not in Gujarat. How do we send a unit?
Plants anywhere in India or abroad can courier their units to our Vadodara lab. Pack the unit in anti-static bags with padding, include a note with the fault, and WhatsApp us the courier details. We return it the same way once repaired.
Are you an authorised service centre for these brands?
No. EESRS is an independent repair company. We repair equipment from all of these manufacturers at component level, usually for much less than the cost of a replacement.
